Account deletion

Human Body Explorer lets you delete your account and associated data from inside the app.

Delete your account in the app

Open Human Body Explorer.
Sign in to your account.
Go to Settings.
Choose Delete account.
Confirm the deletion prompt.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

What is deleted

We delete your account profile, email address, username, settings, progress, achievements, challenge attempts, class memberships, support tickets, and game history associated with your account.

What may be retained

Purchase records and payment provider records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, chargeback handling, or legal compliance. These records are not used for gameplay or marketing.
